Savings

  • International hiring pays for itself in a few months.

  • After that you are better off, so are the people you serve.

  • Our clients almost completely eliminate bank and agency spend.

  • Our approach is affordable and risk free.

Working with us

Our approach is tailored to what you need, where you operate and who you care for.

If you can answer ‘yes’ to these questions, we can help

  • Are you a health or social care provider?

  • Do you need OSCE-ready nurses, senior carers, carers, AHPs or other skilled workers, like chefs?

  • Do you have a UKVI sponsor licence or, are you happy to get one?

First, we want to get to know, understand who you are, what you needs

We want to understand your organisation, your strategy and your objectives so we can help you to achieve them.

Then, we’ll tell you what we can offer

  • OSCE-ready nurses with international standard qualifications.

  • Carers all with extensive experience, often in several countries, good English and usually, an NVQ equivalent qualification.

  • Senior carers with real senior experience and a nursing or care qualification.

  • Other professions and trades providers struggle to recruit - housekeeping staff, chefs, builders.

Finally, we’ll make a proposal with clear, transparent processes, pricing and timescales.

Ready to go?

We take the risk out of overseas recruitment with thorough screening and a selection process built around you.

Ready to go? We’ll select and present candidates based on your criteria.

  • Select the people you want to meet for a quick chat or a formal interview, online or face to face - we arrange everything.

  • We take the time to tell your story to each candidate we put forward.

  • We screen all candidates before we introduce them.

  • We check their experience and expertise, verify their qualifications, immigration history and motivation to come to the UK.

Let’s get moving

You’ve found the perfect people then you make a job offer.  All offers are subject to candidates doing everything they need to do to come to the UK.

Once your offer is accepted and any other requirements are satisfied, we begin preparing your new employee to relocate.

We work closely with your team to take care of the immigration formalities, book travel and do all we can to help prepare your new team member to settle into life in the UK and receive a warm welcome on their arrival.

Within a few days of arrival, you will have a new team member, helping you build ‘better’.

Caring for people

We put safe, ethical practice at the heart of our business and yours.

We know overseas workers can fall victim to abuse or their needs are not understood. It happens in the UK more than people realise.

It’s no small thing to move half way round the world. We do all we can to ensure our people are properly prepared for live in the UK before the leave, everything from understanding workplace culture to having a warm coat and knowing there will be someone to meet them at the airport.

Our investment in people is why we are National Care Forum’s only approved provider of overseas health and social care professionals. But we also need to know our employers share our values, that they will invest in people, see them develop, and offer them a great opportunity.
