A new life, a new career in the UK

We need your skills and experience

The UK needs as many as 500,000 nurses and carers.

This huge shortage cannot be filled by people already in the UK or Europe.

UK health and social care providers need:

  • professional, committed people with experience and a strong desire to build a career

  • people who are adaptable and well-qualified

  • nurses with a bachelors degree or three year diploma from a recognised school

  • carers and senior carers ready to work hard and be great team players

Good English language skills are a must for all jobs but to work as a nurse you must have an IELTS score of at least 6.0 (or four C’s in the OET) and commit to working toward IELTS 7.0.

Our candidates tell their own stories.

“Twenty years ago, I dreamed of working abroad, looked forward to taking on new responsibilities. Going to the UK was one of my goals as a nurse and I made it!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to BA Healthcare for helping me qualify as one of the lucky nurses from the first batch who flew to the UK.

Today, they extended their arms to help my sister-in-law come to the UK. I am so grateful to them for helping us achieve our dreams”
